Returns Eligibility:
Returns are eligible within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow the following steps on the YOUNGFIELD website.
Log in to your YOUNGFIELD account.
Go to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
Fill out the return and exchange form below.
Provide the reason for the return and any additional details requested.
Once your return request is submitted, you will receive further instructions via email.
Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs incurred for returning the item(s) are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will gladly reimburse the shipping costs.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition. We will process the refund.
Refunds will process in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
Undergarments, including underwear and swimwear (for hygienic reasons)
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact the support team with supporting photographs on the contact us page. Alternatively, you can fill out the return and exchange form below.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including the shipping costs.
